LATER THE GIRL IS THREATENED AND MOLESTED FOR MOVING TO POLICE STATION AND A FALSE COMPLAINT IS FILED AGAINST HER WITH CHARGES OF MURDER, PROSTITUTION AND MANY MORE.
WHEREAS SHE IS HELPLESS AS ALL THE FALSE EVIDENCES ARE MADE AGAINST HER RIGHT FROM THE FALSE COMPLAINT TILL WITNESS.THE PROTECTOR OF LAW ARE ALSO INVOLVED IN IT.I CANT BLAME THE DEFENDANT LAWYER, BECAUSE HE/SHE HAS IN ALL POSSIBLE WAY DEFEND OR PROTECT HIS/HER CLIENT BUT WHAT ABOUT THE OFFICERS THEY ARE THEIR TO PROTECT THE VICTIM FROM WRONG.

LET ME TELL YOU FIRST OF ALL NO POLICE OFFICER CAN REFUSE TO FILE A FIR (FIRST INFORMATION REPORT) , SECONDLY YOU CAN FILE A ZERO FIR(FIRST INFORMATION REPORT) IN THE NEAREST POLICE STATION , LATER THE FIR WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE AREA POLICE STATION , IF YOU FEEL UNSAFE YOU CAN ASK THE OFFICER TO GIVE YOU PROTECTION TILL TIME.

MANY OF THE WOMEN OUT OF FEAR OF HUMILIATED POSTPONE GOING TO POLICE STATION TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. MANY PEOPLE ARE UNAWARE OF THE LEGAL RIGHTS UNTIL AND UNLESS THEY NEED AN LAW FIRM OR LAWYER.
