Gender Neutral – need of the society Whenever I read the newspaper, or hear news 90% of print media is based on the feminist news, I don’t know when we will achieve a dream of Gender Neutral society. As per the research nearly in 2030, 50% planet will be able to be Gender Neutral. CUSTODIAL TORTURE Being a member of Human Rights organizations, when I go through the statistics of crime and complaints I get to see 75 % complaints that Human Right organizations receive is against the Police officers, which say that there is a complete violation of Human Rights. The common person has to take several walks to the police station just for few documents, or even the same common man has to wait for the time to register the complaints, I am not blaming entire police force but yes, some are there doing so. The reason common man is losing faith in the most trusted government officers. The complaints are not registered on time; the action is not taken on time. While analyzing I came across that 5% of the complaints are real and need to be immediately transformed into FIR. Several Human Rights are violated, but from them, one is custodial torture. LAW  - Prestigious Profession The legal profession is a very core link of machinery for the administration of justice. Without the presence of this well developed and organised stream, the court would be in no position to bring justice efficiently. India has a glorious history and almost all pre-independence India compromised lawyers - Gandhi, Nehru, Jinnah were all lawyers. Even today there is social acceptability as its wealth, prestige and recognition. 900+ law colleges send the law graduates every year to enroll  and practice all over the nation. As a lawyer, one had to analyse facts quickly, be attentive, be updated with technology and also pay law in the situation.
