ARE YOU JOBLESS??
COVID19 has made
entire world go through different challenges. More than 25K people have lost
their life. The world has went for
lock down since March 2020 , The lock-down increased month by month due to increase in number of cases ,
not only people’s physical health is affected but also financial status has also
been affected.
The virus has
severely affected the people who are unemployed , people where already dealing
with problems of unemployment but now because of the lock-down and covid19 the
part of savings of people have come to
an end. In India already people face a
problem of getting job, but now wherein the companies are also facing financial
issues, many of the companies are terminating the services of their employees
though there has been the strict announcement by Honorable Prime Minister,
companies are taking advantage of the situation, now it has reached such an
extend that employee’s are not even updated about their status in the office.
Phone of the employee’s applying for the job is cut –off by
revert that they will update them in 2-3 days whereas the phone never comes
back. Many of the tweets followed that the services are terminated by the
companies without any prior notice.
Unemployment is termed as most abused word in India. Many
are lucky that they finish their education without even working, and the
luckiest are those who never have to work, but many of the people from age
16-60 have to struggle hard and have to work from very small age to overcome
their financial status. The person who get the job are termed as employed and
the person who don’t get job are termed as unemployed.
The increasing rates of unemployment are creating a
situation of fear in mind of every person, that when they will lose their job
and will be unemployed.
Looking at this
situation and increasing rates, Government of India needs to take a focused
step to overcome this as the unemployment rates are increasing day by day. Unemployment not only affects the personal
status but also the social status as unemployment gradually increases the crime
rate in the country , many of the crimes are committed for fulfilling the
hunger and basic necessities . Government of India has to take strict action
against such steps by the employers, on the other hand companies should understand
this that without the employees their companies cannot reach to the status and
a good image.
According to the reports 23 million youth of age group of
20-30 have lost their job in this situation of lock-down. The rates of
unemployment are increasing whereas the person with a stable financial status
is waiting for suitable job, wherein the people with unstable financial
conditions have left with no option rather than committing suicide or crime.
As India is a developing country, unemployment has become a
biggest block in the development of the country. Several practical knowledge
should be given rather than theoretical knowledge. Employers should motivate
their employee’s Instead of terminating their jobs.
