Change comes from two sources, one is random and unique such as
climatic changes, other is in a systematic way
In the 21st century, the
apps and people together are updating and changing…which is at most important.
The changes are due to the Government effort. The efforts of
government since the very first day when the constitution was formed has made
several good changes in human and society.
In recent times, our youngsters along with the old age people are
very keen about health. Children of the peer group are asked to eat healthily.
The word nudging had made people more health-conscious whereas behavioral changes in economics by the government has also made positive changes in
society.
The growing needs and the hunger of knowledge made man adopt
several changes the changes such as today 80% of women work and handle the home
at the same time. The change in the man who helps and supports the wife to work
and be independent. The changes are just not outer and physical but the changes
are also inner and mental. The changes are not just meant to be individual but
also they are being made at the social level like social life, economics,
institutions, the legal system, military, arm forces and many more. On an individual
level, the changes are found in behavior, attitude and beliefs. People are
ready to adopt new changes.
The main role played in changes in society is due to Law. Laws
keep on fluctuating with needs and necessities. For example, having a licensed
gun, taking leave on sick the reason to write example is law is linked between
the social behavior of society as the public thinks it is bad and
objectionable like lawmakers think to reduce the abortion the regulation of
cigarettes the law charges it as offence and makes it punishable with fine it
is objectionable by many but the law wants to change the mental behavior of
the society the very aim to write about this is to sketch the work of
government in making the changes in the moral behavior and attitudes of the
society.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT WORKPLACE
In 2012, the honorable Supreme, enacted a law with help of
Vishaka guidelines to remove the threat caused to women travelling alone or to
have a safe environment at workplace…this to was done to change the behavior and attitude of men towards society and women too.
GUN CONTROL
Until the Civil war in 1970, there was no control on the use
of the gun , later the act was enacted to have only and only licensed gun.this
was done to safeguard the life of people as this days anger is turning into
hilarious crime. This too was done to safeguard and change the attitude of
people against each other and law.
Blind Beliefs
Due to increasing blind beliefs on tantriks and babas the Black
Magic Act was enacted ….superstitions’ blind beliefs created a
crime of taking a life in the namesake of the beliefs and rituals ….this act
changed the attitude of people towards the blind belief of taking the life of
the innocent in name of the rituals.
Sati Act
Earlier, the life of window was ended by burning her with the
husband… due to Prohibition of Sati Act,1829 the widower remarriage was
done…and the law changed the norms and beliefs of people towards the women as
she too has the right to restart a new life.
Article 15
In the period of British, the people believed in caste
discrimination, colour discrimination, sex and religion discrimination soon
after Article 15…. The norms and belief for discrimination were removed from
the minds of people which united India as a whole.
DUE TO INDIAN PENAL CODE (IPC), different sections under it made
the criminal activities rate fall all these are the law-related changes.
Atrocities Act,1989
The belief of the so-called people towards the Scheduled caste and
Scheduled tribe people was so hilarious that they were never counted as human
beings to protect their rights in society and to change the mindset and
attitude of people towards them the Atrocity Act was enacted.
Law can make huge changes in social orders lawmakers are
responsible for the welfare of 1.2 billion Indians. As the law is the
guidelines between what is wrong and what is right law is made keeping in mind
the ideologies of people. Law adopts the modernization with keeping in mind the
importance of cultural values.
Youth is the state or time of being young and passionate in life.
They have there own norms and beliefs they develop there personal and social
image by creating their lifestyle.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACT
Consumption of alcohol and fast driving has made a trend in the
youths to control this trend law is amended (MOTOR VEHICLE ACT)and there are
various social changes in the behavior of youth as they become a
responsible citizen.
A comprehensive economic, social-cultural and political process of
law aims in the constant improvement of well being of the entire nation and
individual whole. The need of the modern world, the law has become an
important element in society for change in norms, values and beliefs. The law
power to make social changes and its effects are seen at a very early stage
after the implementation.
Changes have also made for financially backward people
which has made them happier and relived as our Honorable Government has made
changes to provide best and cheap medical facilities in Private hospitals
also, wherein the Rape Victim or Acid Victim cannot be asked for a complaint
filling and can directly be taken under the treatment in private as well
as public hospitals with the best treatment that is required to survive
The continuous efforts of our Honorable Government have changed
our mindset and attitude towards its best. Being a responsible citizen the
respect of law and adoption to the changes in our first duty, which will make
us feel safe, happy and relieved.
