Are we Human?????
Will you marry me???? These words give us a new ray of hope that the person whom we love sees a good future with us, but now a day’s these words have been used randomly to get intentions to fulfil.
What has become to the people these days, these COVID19 has taken many lives due to virus, and some have lost their life due to financial stress and also due to some other issues.
Things are turning worst day by day, every second the news flash up about the loss of life, but what has happened to people when their mindset will change towards the outlook of women when they will stop looking women as a piece of meat or flesh. Today being in the 21st century a girl isn’t safe outside in the society, whenever she steps out of the house she is of constant fear of will it is the last day of my life, will I be able to come back home as I am stepping out today.
According to National Crime Report Bureau, daily more than 90 complaints are filed of rape, eve-teasing and also of the death due to the rape. I still remember the Nirbhaya case, the daughter of Nation who would have never thought that she will never be able to go back to her house again, still, the Nirbhaya was fighting with the justice, the other news flashed in front of the eyes, Hyderabad rape case, an honest Dr Priyanka Reddy, would have never thought this would be her last day where she has served her duties, or where it was her last call to her parents, what has happened, why can’t we feel ashamed of doing this.
Why have we turned so inhuman, insensitive? Even the little daughter is facing the same situations, the kids can’t step out to play instead, the constant fear runs in the mind.
Recently the hashtag is going on justice for the victim, the hilarious rape was committed against her a 19-year-old girl, where the inhumanity has touched the skies, the tongue of the victim has been cut so that she can’t shout, eyes have been gouged up, the spinal cord had been breaking out, so she stops fighting with the life her efforts failed and she lost her life. What are we doing, we haven’t learned from the first case of the Nirbhaya, yet today we tell our daughters to cover herself completely, come back before the sunset, don’t talk much, don’t act too friendly come on instead of teaching them all this why can’t we teach them to raise their voice against the wrong so that in future there won’t be any Nirbhaya, Priyanka and any more who lost their life due to the inhumanity of this world.
The day our daughters will stand up and raise their voice against this, there would be Jashi ki Rani who fought for the country. Our mentality and society had always kept quiet and secretive towards such cases, where a very small proportion of cases are reported and brought to the court.
The dark streets are a threat to the society the cases reported show that half of the rape victim name the assault as their family member or the close relative, whereas the Murder destroys the physical aspect of the victim, the Rapist destroys the physical and mental aspect of the victim if she survives and also her family faces the same.
Sexual assault is not only recognized as rape but it has many faces like molestation, eve-teasing, child abuse and domestic violence too. It outrages the modesty of women.
Many times a woman is blamed behind all this especially their clothing’s, we demand the change in the law at all aspect, but don’t you think our mindset also needs to change, definitely the judiciary system is taking steps to make the law strong, but what about us when will we change our mindset, false marriage promises have made women fear of marriage to, definitely somewhere the law is misused where recently Honorable Supreme court acquittal the punishment of the young boy of 20 years old when the court noticed that the sexual intercourse was conceptual and both the parties were in a relationship and the boy being from the schedule tribe said that the marriage can’t happen as he is from the schedule tribe and the girl was from Christian Community, it is not necessary that every time the women is right and men are wrong but yes the fact that 80% cases are true and the victim has faced the forceful sex under name of the false marriage promises.
Many times the victim family is quiet because of fear of the society and whereas the same society blames the law, so why don’t you let the matters come front, let us come forward and raise our voice, The law is not gender biased it is equal for all above all the caste, religion and many more, the minds of the people are gender-biased that needs to be upgraded.
Come on let's fight and see that no more Nirbhaya, Priyanka and Manisha becomes Victim of such people, we believe in judiciary system but we don’t believe in the humans ohhhhh this in humans….
Male dominance 😡
