COVID 19, had brought many changes in our life not only physically but also mentally, especially it had brought Anxiety problems in the people around us with lots of work and home stress. Anxiety is often productive. It makes us hyper. It makes us worried. It pushes us to work. To be careful. It’s a necessary chemistry in our brain that keeps us alert.
In ancient times we use to believe in the monsters
and use to fear for that , but today’s most invisible monster is Anxiety , many
youngsters are dealing with anxiety problems , the reason is not only the work
stress but also the stress of relationships and the battle that we struggle
between work and personal life.
In initial days we use to fear about the dark and
the monsters appearing in that dark phase but now the situation has turn worst
we fear about the anxiety , that force us to take bad decisions and let us face
untold stories and makes our brain paralysis.
We give priority to several other things and get
messed up with the same often. Anxiety holds us back and stops us from making
bold decisions.
Anxiety main reason is the comparison of life with
others. Today people have no satisfaction with their life. The adventure of
life has been surrounded with the work and workstations, money and bank balance.
They have forgot to enjoy the real taste of life.
The worst is fear of failure, which is a kind of
anxiety. It prevents us from going for the gold. It stops us from growing. It
keeps us small. It prevents action because you are paralyzed with anxiety.
If we forget to manage the negative thoughts the
fear of Anxiety will take place and the thoughts of failure, unsuccessful will
attract your world.
The best part to overcome anxiety is to meditate,
meditation is the hardest part of the life but many people have noticed a turning point in their lives through the
meditation and have forgot the word ANXIETY .As anxiety is generated by the
part of brain which is quite stressed , meditation relaxes the body and
especially mind that is overloaded with the negative thoughts.
The studies have shown people who meditate have younger brains, Meditation
is one way I fight my own anxiety. When I feel too much anxiety rising in me, I
resort to morning meditation. I even do it right in the middle of the day if I
feel the need. Anxiety
made my life a little shorter but meditation changed my life and I have turned
to be a peaceful person.
In the term
of pandemic COVID 19 it is the need of the hour, to do meditation at least
early in the morning where the entire environment is peaceful and loving.
Many people
think that to get rid of Anxiety, smoking is the best part but let, me tell you
it may heal your anxiety for a while but will put your entire life in danger.
You can also
activate your mind by playing mind games like chess, business game. Anxiety
disappears by playing such a game or two. To keep brains on fire try to take
challenges.
Next time
when Anxiety attacks you try to make yourself be a small kid and play some mind
games and try to meditate as it will help you to boost your mind. Remember work
is necessary but don’t make it a priority, as it will make you stress and turn
into anxiety.
Anxiety is a
disease that takes you away from your loved one in a manner of slow death.
MEDITATE a lot is the mantra to lead a happy and peaceful life. Remember
Anxiety patients are not bad but they need someone to love , hear and
affectionate them.
